Rules & Policies:

 

Dancers will arrive at least 15 early to all classes, so they are prepared to start when class begins. Dancers will respect the studio by not eating in the studio. Designated lobby area is available for eating.

Dancers will not engage in foul language or bring any inappropriate material to the studio.  Absolutely NO bullying.

Dancers will give all teachers respect during class, by not talking back, coming prepared, having hair secured away from face and in the proper dance clothes. Respect all dancers, parents and instructors.

Payment Policies & Fees:

Payments are due EVERY 4 weeks. You are able to pay with debit, credit, checks or sign up for auto payments. There will be a 5 day grace period for late payments. There is a $35 returned check fee. There will be no refunds for classes, privates or any other payments made to Limitless Dance Studio. 

Photography/Videography:

Any photographs or videos of Limitless Dance Studio dancers will remain the property of Limitless Dance Studio and may be used for future publication or advertisement. 

Participant Liability Waiver Policies:

As a participant or participants legal parent guardian, I understand that participating in any dance class, workshops, rehearsals, or performance, there is a possibility of physical injury. I, therefore, agree to assume all risk of any such injury which might occur during any class or event at Limitless Dance Studio. I agree to waive any and all claims I may be arising out of, connected with or in any way associated with the activities of Limitless Dance Studio.


Limitless Dance Studio - Dress Code: 

Limitless Dance Studio believes that a students attire greatly determines the attitude she/he holds regarding work in class and in rehearsal. Therefore, we require that the standard of appropriate neatness and class designed dress be observed at all times. General guidelines are as follow:

  1. Hair should be pulled away from the face; mandatory bun/no bangs for all ballet classes.
  2. Dance attire for all other classes should be fitted top & bottom with appropriate shoes for class.
  3. No jewelry may be worn in dance class, small earrings acceptable.
  4. Dance shoes should be only worn in dance class, they must be clean and debris free so as not to track dirt into the studio.

I/We, hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the dance facility used by the participant, including its onward managers, promoters, lessees, premises used to conduct the dance event or program, premises and event inspectors, underwriters, consultants, and others who give recommendations, directions or instructors to engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the dance facility or events held at such facility and each of them, their directors, officers, agents, employees all of the purposes herien referred to as 'Releasee' from all liability to the undersigned, my/our personal representatives assigns executors heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, looses or damages and any claims or demands therefor on account of any injury including, but not limited to the death of the participant or damage to property.
